Kathryn- I wanted to let you know about our Alaska cruise. I am attaching a picture that I think says it all. We loved every minute. I have to say the excursion by helicopter to Mendenhall Glacier, dog sledding, was the best.
The room/suite was so nice and spacious. But it was great having a second room for Martha and Samuel. And the concierge service was fabulous. The only change I would make to our trip would be to spend at least one night in Seattle. The time change and early departure caught up with us. There was also another hour lost on the first night of the cruise. We were so far behind on our body time clock I could have slept standing up. With sunrise at 4am and sunset at 12am it is easy to lose track of time. But that was not enough of a problem to discourage us from wanting to go again. Thank you for
all of you help on making our cruise experience wonderful!

PS We have been off the boat for just a couple of days and are considering a cruise over the Christmas break. You will be hearing from me very soon.
Our two-week vacation in Swuitzerland was perfectly planned…. When in Lucerne, I tripped on a low curb and broke my ankle. The guide you hired for us, Ursula, was kind enough to accompany my wife and me to a local hospital where I received excellent care. She went above and beyound the call of duty to make sure I was taken care of. I will never forget her kindness or your helping us with our trip.

Excerpt from Virtuoso Traveler...
COUNTLESS TRAVELERS HAVE been brought to a standstill by the sheer grandeur of the Grand Canyon. “It’s no surprise the landmark is considered one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World,” says All Aboard Virtuoso traveler Alexandra Bellamy of the mile-deep, 277-mile-long chasm. During a recent trip to celebrate her 30th birthday, the Texas resident snapped this photo of her husband “gazing into the abyss” at appropriately named Ooh-Aah Point. “We were blown away by the beauty and expansiveness of the canyon,” says Bellamy, “and were reminded of how old our earth is and the importance of protecting its treasures. I was grateful to capture this moment in time.”
Ok we are all raving. The tours are fantastic. You did wonderful. I have one son who asked if he could move to Rome.
We had a wonderful time this past weekend and were very pleased with the accommodations at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. You did a great job finding them the perfect place to stay for their weekend activities. The entire family loved it and the location was just a short drive to the ESPN World Wide Sports complex for their son’s soccer games, which is exactly what they wanted.

Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed the Athenaeum in London. Outstanding location and excellent staff. Ambience is posh, but relaxed — — a unique balance between friendly and the proper level of formality. Love the wonderful, unexpected extras. Champagne reception for guests the evening we arrived. Gorgeous little cookies delivered to the room one afternoon. John loved it — happy husband!
